Medical Card - 2 fillings are covered under the medical card per year as long as the filling you need treatment on has not been filled in the last 5 years. People must be over 16 years old to use a medical card in private practice. Medical card will only cover composite and amalgam fillings. Composite bondings are NOT covered by a medical card.
